Klay Art Studio was never meant to hold one voice. It began with a ceramicist who wanted clay in more hands than his own, and it has grown by the same instinct since: gather people who take their material seriously, and stay out of their way. A printmaker keeps her own hours here alongside the studio's founder. Neither is asked to sound like the other, and the work is better for it.
